It is a story of common man who do job at his honesty. One day he has been send on elction duty on naxalite area which is very dangerous. He is clerk under govt. Naxalite area is chattisgarh. The purpose of govt is conduct election to reduce conflict. He depoted at naxal area. He tries to conduct a fair voting but he face acute problem. He train all villavers for votings but no one villagers turn up. Beacuse he knows that villagers have no idea about voting. Newton sit on the pooling booth but naxal flee him. After lot of struggle he won to contest a election. He is a honest officer. Raj kumar rao is one of the finiest actor in bollywood cinema. He lokks like common man he is main usp. Performane of all actor is great. Best actor sanjay mishra, pankaj tripathi, raghuveer yadav all are good. Music was not very impressive but background music suits picture. The main thing is film makes hit is cinematographer hence cinemetographer did good job.
