Ordered a product from their site considering that the coupon code gave me a good deal but the shocking part is that even after over a week the status of my order says under processing. A person from Next will confirm your order? What does this mean?
The amount was deducted from my account what do they need to confirm? Only after you call they will go ahead with the next step and from now their clock will start for 5-7 business days. Imagine I waited endlessly they would never have processed the product. Not sure how they will survive in an age where Flipkart is committing next business day deliveries.
