I placed an order online for Aircoller .."which was not available in this city" with confidence of delivery within 10 days. now its exceeding one month but there is no clue of delivery after following more than 12 times. I’m getting same answer from customer care "sir this order status is not available with us, we are forwarding the mail to other team who will respond you" but still i’m in hope of customer care call. Now I’m afraid "there may be any fraud also"
Not planning to buy any online product....with "Next Retail at least"...
