Shittiest ISP in Delhi NCR (Req no. 20960809003)

Its been a horror to use the service of these degenerates in lack of any other ISP options for nearly 2 years. I will write this review in 2 parts.


1.) PENDING REQUEST FOR REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT(Request no. 20960809003): I discontinued using their services on 18th March 2018 and the router was collected on 12th April 2018. Even though these frauds want us to wait for 90 DAYS for this small amount of money to be refunded, even this doesn’t seem to be enough time to process this payment. Its been more than 120 days now and still when a call is made to their customer support they have no idea what going on with the complaint. Believe me when I say that they are so clueless about things that if you call them back to back they will give you different stories all together for the delay and the matter is always escalated in their systems. I do not expect my money to come back now but I really wish people stop giving business to these scums.


2.) USER EXPERIENCE: In the entire timeline of using their services there hasn’t been a time without any disruption in services for a week straight. I was trapped in using their services as the only other broadband provider in my area was MTNL and we all know how it works. They(Nextra) would start calling you 20 times a day(I am not exaggerating) few days before your plan expires to get it recharged but when it comes to customer service there would be no response for days. This company just deserves to be shut for humiliating its customers like this.


My recommendation: For the kind of money NEXTRA is charging, there are many other broadband services for high speed internet now, use them instead. Its not about the money, its about the way they’ll treat you after taking your money. I am personally using "Comway" since march 2018 and they’ve been pretty satisfactory, for the same price what I was paying nextra I am getting 4x speed(100Mbps) and good customer service. Aslo JIO would be launching its broadband soon, so one can use that as well without any doubt but DO NOT SIGN UP WITH NEXTRA!
