I have paid 2900 Rs. for my connection. After following up many times they never provided connection to me.
Requested them to refund my amount which is also not happening. They don’t even reply to chats as soon as they know you want refund for the services they block you from chat. Same with customer care no.
Never ever opt for Nextra. They are big cheats and liars.
