I have taken out time from my schedule to write a review for the first time in my life. You can imagine how frustrated I am with this connection. I have done a mistake of my life to get annual subscription package from them. Its down time is 90 percent and up time that too with intermittent signals is 10 percent. Above all customer service number is a sham and you can not reach them . even if you reach out thet speak to you as if you are servants to them . Resolution is a very far fetched thing. They blame you for all the thing and have no empowerment. They disconnect on your face nd then never pick. Today is 18th straight day when my connection is not working. I have no option but to switch service provider. My entire money of Annual subscription is wasted . Bansal is a real Chor and I will not spare this sham for playing and eating consumer money.
