I have horrible experience with nextra

I disconnected nextra connection on 20th August 2016.i was told that I will get installation charges refund within 30 days.after 30 days from 21 th September 2016 till date .i have called multiple times to nextra care customer number for refund all the times I got the same answer thatyour complaint has been registered and you will get the amount within 7 days.i have been talked to the supervisor several times.they assure me to resolve matter asap however it didn’t work.
