I got nextra pamphlet on my doorstep. Details mentioned on this card was of their executive Pradeep Sharma, 9910086526. This guy visited my home, took 500 rs for installation charges and 1500 for tp link router, which is available online for 700-800 and also on local stores for about 1000 bucks.
Then he kept on fooling me for installation for 3 weeks, we will get it done today/tomorrow.
Finally he blocked my number.Frustrated I went to the police station, police guys called him up, he transferred the call to his boss, kuldeep, 8130144222, who promised that they will collect the device and refund my money.
Two days later I got a call from their customer care to send account details so they can process the refunds. And the same story started, I keep calling their customer care and they have the same answer, we are processing.
Guys, this is fraud company, beware, don’t take their services.
