I purchased nextra broadband connection in july 2016.there are only few days their speed is accurate and after also I have faced so many problems of internet disconnection.there is no single day where there is fluctuations in their broadband speed.instead of paying 10-mbps speed , I have been getting 1-5 mbps speed.within 60 days of usage I raised approximate 20 complaints to them.but always they have one answer for my calls that is , there is some technical issues.i am frustrated with their poor network.
