Very Poor Service

I have raised the request for transfer my connection 10 days back. Req Id 20908229002. But not any executive even made a call. I tried sevral time to call customer care, but all useless. The SLA is 7 days, but 10 days passed and no engineer called me. I say big noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo to this service provider.
