On 7th December 2016, I called the Nextra Executive to collect the subscription form. The concern person was suppose to reach by 9:30am but came only by 10:30 am. Any, way I submitted all document and made a payment of Rs 1144/-.
I was little surprised to know that Nextra dont provide subscription form receipt to customer, hence I had to get a photo copy done,
I was promised that connection would be installed by 10-01-2016. After the successful installation I will have to pay Rs 1500/- against security deposit of router(comes with life time warranty) and I would be given the receipt of security deposit after the installation.
Today, 10-01-2016, I waited till 3 pm but no one arrived, after lot of followup the guy finally reached my residence at Vivek Vihar by 3pm. He pulled a wire from a near by poll and attached it with the device. He refused to pinup the wire and configure the router.
He asked me to pay Rs 1500/- against security deposit. When I requested a receipt, he just handed over the plain receipt, which was from a local service provider(not Nextra) and dint had any mention of warranty and refundable security.
Hence I got little suspicious, called a Sr customer care guy, the guy took someone called Mr. Sumit on other line, this guy was very rude, refused to give any document to support warranty and refundable security clause. My entire Sunday got wasted due to their extremely poor quality of service. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Extremely unprofessional company. Please be aware of their false promise.Additionally as per the form the speed that they promise is as till the ISP Node, hence dont believe their fake promises.
