I bought nextra connection about few months back, they asked me 1500 as securtiy deposit for the router and they provide there router and dont let other routers to be used, and they took 500 for new connection all around inculding my connection plan and rest it costed me around 2500 rupees and the first two months the connection worked fantastic,
the plan I chosed was of 10Mbps with 30Gb of data the plan is a unlimited one but till 30Gb you get 10Mbps of speed but after that the data is over you get only 512kbps of speed .which was also working properly but only for the first two months,
after that time period I had to call them every month for one or the other reason,
once its connection thats not working or other its not speed, or the wifi has some or the other problem I face each and every month, and each and everytime I have to call the customer care of nextra and there is never proper help offered by there end,
each time I have a issue I call them they raise the ticket and give my the ticket reference number and say sir well call you back and the support team willl get in touch with you, but htey never call back and after a day the connection starts again, ai dont understand eac time they fix things from there backend and never plays a site visit to see for the physical connection is proper or not I only hate it because I have too call them each and every month for the same problem and some executives are so rude at their end as if im not paying my bills for the connection the worst service and the speed you get is never what they offer the meter would always show you around 7-9 mbps of speed but the working speed is never around that
I have dropped out of it and shifted to other provider so should you and never opt for nextra
