This is a very good utility that helps you to manage your bills and tickets on the move. I have been using it since Oct 2008 and found it very useful. The response speed is fantastic. I really loved the IRCTC part of it as it helps you to book the tickets the time you decide you are travelling. And also the PNR status enquiry helps you to avoid the last minute tensions of calling up the helpdesk or run to a nearby kiosk while you are travelling if your tickets are not confirmed. The only glitch is, since this is in a budding stage there are several process standardization from the companys end which puts us in a state of helplessness. For eg., when I was booking a ticket I got a message asking me to provide the verification details like my photo id card and credit card details, without which I could not proceed further.
I could not book the tickets then and had to run to the nearby internet kiosk. Apart from such dependence issues (which I hope will get sorted out sooner), rest are fine. The customer support is good and prompt. Only I wish they could have given a one time waiver for me to book the ticket.
