I ordered a bed worth 25490 INR and there was considerable delay in delivery. On top of the, i was not able to reach the customer care whenever i tried. Finally, after trying for million time, call got connected and I asked them to cancel the order because of the delay. First they disagreed, but I told them I will post in social media and tag them, after that they called me back and told they will initiate a refund and also sent a confirmation mail on same. But I never got the refund and I am not able to reach them by any means. Please don’t buy. I highly discourage anyone who is considering there service. I ordered a bed from Flipkart now and happy with the product. I ordered the similar kind bed just for 12000 but my loss here in nearly 26000.
