Nigar theatre is very old theatre which is located at Nicholson road ambala cantt. It has not a large free space but quite reliable for bike parking at out side. There are only new movies you can watch in this theatre. No B grade movies are there.
Regarding cleanness it is very dirty the bathrooms it have are very dirty. There is lack of drinking water in there. It has two tickets one of balcony and another is ground the balcony ticket is of 60 Rs and ground is of 40 only. The balcony is provided with ac ducts and fans while ground is free from that . The chairs in that theatre are like old times.
One who want to experience the old time theatre can go there otherwise it is not suitable for watching movie due to bad atmosphere and lack of cleanness. The Minerva theatre is some better than this old nigar theatre. But this theatre best for those who don’t want to spend more money . I went to this theatre one time only I don’t like it very much.
