Hi,
I took admission in Msc IT IV Semester for which the center was NIIT South Extension. I gave the exams in January 2006 and my project and viva in July 2005 till date i.e. November 2006 I have not received my Mark Sheet.
I have been running from pillar to post to get my marks sheet calling my KSOU and Mr. Soumitro at VETB but nothing has happened.
I have been a student at NIIT earlier but the things have really really gone bad. Be prepared to wait endlessly for your mark sheet from KSOU.
There is simply no support no one is available on phone or email and people dont respond to you. The state is simply pathetic. The adminitrative support is not there. I mean I felt as if I did this course for free, but the fact is I paid for it and as a consumer have a right to get my mark sheet after putting in so much effort and time.
I have spent hundreds of rupees on telephone calls to mysore KSOU and to NIIT, every time I am given an excuse that Mr. kalyan who happens to be the only one in NIIT who knows anything about KSOU is in class, in backoffice or has not arrived. Come on I am not dealing with individuals here I did this course cuz. I joined an institution but think the quality of people and processes has really gone below.
So if you are thinking of joining KSOU through NIIT my advise is a complete NO.
