I was interviewed in the NIIT at Nanpura, Athwa Gate area in Surat as Senior Faculty as one of the faculty had resigned from there. I was interviewed for teaching .Net Technologies and Joined the institute as soon as possible as directed by NIIT’s officials.
They gave me 5 days to learn about their work culture and in return they have ask me to submit my professional documents. I denied giving my documents to them, But they have said to verify my documents and within week they will give my document back to me. So, I gave my document and continued my job.
After the time they have given me for understanding the working environment they have started scheduling my batches for the technical class that I want to teach as a faculty. They have prepared weekly scheduled for me for the batches that I have to take. Batches contains the class other then .NET Technologies.
They have given me a batch of MS Office, Excel, Advance Excel, Typing, even JAVA but not the single batch of .NET Technology for which I had selected this NIIT Branch. After one week when I have ask for my original documents back they have started lying to me about my documents which is in front of my eyes putted in a drawer. Till that time I have decided to leave NIIT but they have been lying to me that my documents are sent for verifying process etc.
On the other side student which I am taking class started complaining about their certificates. Means, After 6 months of the completion of their course they had not given their certificates plus fees they are charging is way too high as well.
After lots of hard work fortunately I got all my original documents and from next day I stopped going their. So be aware for such fraudulent institute whose main aim is not education but only money.
