I was a total fan of #nike shoes as I have used as many as 6 of them till date& found all to be extremely comfortable& though being expensive found them value for money until my last buy.
This shoes was bought from #Shoekings aundh& the shoes left life in just 5 months completely.
Now Nike has mailed that shoes have warranty of 6 months but shoes need to be replaced @ the store.
Store people say shoes were from old stock& hence cannot be replaced.
How can that be justified?
6 months warranty from date of buying then what’s that with old stock& new stock?
When mailed same to Nike coñsumer care all I get is just the template mail& no further reply.
Want them replaced asap.
