The picture clarity is lost as the camera’s optical zoom increases, at 5x it is quite hazy. The freebies made the package very good value for money and also easy to hold on handgrip. But the camera quality for 16MP can be little better. To me the battery was quite ok. If you have a rechargeable additonal batteris, I don’t think battery would be a concern.
