I purchased this camera 9 months ago when me and my family went to Shimla on a tour to click some of the cool pictures and we put it to us as a memory but Nikon Coolpix S02 made us unsatisfied with its function and behaviour.The specifications of the Camera were at that time-
Picture quality-It has a very effective pixels which clearify the image more than it presented.It has 3* optical zooming capacity .4.1-12.3 mm format runs for 135 minutes. CMOS image sensor presented in it(about 14.17 million).It also has digital zoom magnification upto 4 times.It has motion blur reduction function makes the picture quality more fine.Focus range is very low It is only 1 feet.Weight is 100 grams approx. which made the picture high definition and gave a very advance look in it.
Shutter speed- Shutter speed of the camera was very low as it captures the image after20 seconds of wait.If we had to make multiple shots of the image it takes too much time for it and we lose our patience.The sound of the shutter is very good the fuctioning is vey bad .
Battery Life- The product I used of the camera had a very low battery capacity on which it was working. It took 4 hours to complete charge the battery and it runs for only 1 hour maximum.The internal fuctioning of the camera was not good that’s why it suffererd a huge loss to me of money and time.Approx 210 shots taken through it it got discharged.We have EH-70P charging AC Adapter, USB cable and Camera strap with it.
USER FRIENDLY- It is definately not an user friendly product if NIKON COOLPIX.This version of Nikon have not the proper abilities which will suffer down the human problems regarding to the camera.
Value for money- I will give 2/5 for this version of Nikon coolpix as it is not satisfied me and also made my huge loss of time and money over it.I recommenned everyone to not purchase this piece of Nikon Coolpix .You will suffer with problems as I suffered.The price is Rs 24999/- which I paid for it.
