I purchased this camera used and could not get the camera to work, yet I have been a Nikon user since 2004. I also previously purchased a D70 years ago, but it stopped working. I thought I was going to have to return the used D70, but the company said they would, not take the camera back, since it was working when they placed it in the mail. This was very disappointing. It forced me to try one last time to get the camera to work or through it out along with the other D70. My other D70 also stopped working after one photo. I have now given up on the D70. It’s simply a defective camera.
