Friends, Today I want to share you my experiance with shopping portal ninecolours.com
I requested a Dhupion Indo Western Sherwani from the site. My request was set on eleventh November. I paid them with my American Express Cred824it card. The assessed delivery date: Fifteenth November
On fifteenth I got a message that they need to defer the conveyance because of a few issues. So I requested that they drop my request and refund me my money.
They are so modest and misrepresentation that they didnt discounted my cash.
I tried calling their number listed on the website which is 022-30161317, but the phone was busy every time I tried calling, so lastly I sent them a mail on help@ninecolours.com about my concern
The reaction was exceptionally poor, as in the mail they suggested me wait for another couple of days without giving any specific date of delivery.
I was left with the only option to wait. The ordered outfit was delivered to me on Nineteenth November and when I opened the delivery box, I was shocked to see that the Sherwani was defective and thus I called them again only to find that they do not have any return policy in place for mens sherwani
It’s a trick and misrepresentation so shop wisely. I have learned a lesson to avoid using their site for any online purchases
