Hi friends I am writing here not a review but a experience of my own with nirmal bang.
they are the baaps of all cheater and frauds . I have opened an MCX account in their company . one evening I got a call from one of their RM that he has done some trade incidently in my account. he is responsible for it and will compensate me .
when I checked my account around 23k has been gone . when I wrote a mail to their customer care they assign an aribitage officer on my case . and forcing me that I have done this trade while they dint have any proof for it .
the branch manager and RM came to my place offering a settlement for 10k saying*aadha loss mere aadha aapka* I told them why should I bear loss for the mistake of RM . there is no support from the company.despite they are supporting that fraud RM .
at last with no option left I have filed a case against them in FMC where they try to delay the case as long as they can but atlast I won the case as they do not have any recording or any proofs supporting that I have done the trade. while asking about the employee they told they have fired that RM and could not told the reason for that in court .
it took almost 2 years to get my money back with no compensation . harrashment is other issue .
so if you have access money you can give it to beggar rathar than these frauds .
