Sir/madam, -ihave travelled panikkar, kesari, even a small not much known travel company .I heard lot about nirmala travels. everybody was appreciating it .Recently I travelled to J&K.many co-travellars were good. They were proud to say they traveled 3 times , 5 times, 9times. the moment we landed at jammu experience started bad bus, road side food, dirty hotels, ordinary to tolerable food.
Then I started hearing from same people , company is deteriorating, oh dirty hotels, i will complain, Is it a good company for which they were proud. I felt all companies I have traveled were far better I am not blaming. It is true experience only plus point tour manager was well behaved, cooks well behaved
