I arranged my 5 year old daughter’s birthday party at Nirula’s, near Bawa Potteries, Vasant Kunj and took my Yashica camera, worth Rs.8, 000/-. The birthday turned out to be such a sad affair as the had left the camera on by mistake at my table. When I returned to get it, it was missing! The I approached all the layers of management, but they all said they saw no camera. For 3 days I made repeated visits, but got deafening silence.
I had complained about the same at Nirula.com but they conveniently took no action. After 4 years, I had forgotten my grouse and yesterday celebrated my daughter’s birthday at the same venue again. The service was terrible. They were serving tepid water in smelly plastic glasses from on a hot April afternoon. The AC was ineffective. All this despite a 30% higher cost.
I was devastated this time the cash envelopes that my daughter received with the presents have gone amiss. I again approached the Manager, Mr.Podder, and and got the same bland reply. This has really pinched me after having spent Rs.3200/- on the party of 23 people!!
How can they do this?
