Big B excels - RGV Fails

Hi Mouthies...Nishabd means Silence! But the movie talks lot more than a normal human can even visualize in his entire life.

The movie has to be seen with your mind completely open. Only then can one be pleased about a film like Nishabd. It’s a master piece and a good experiment by RGV(Ram Gopal Varma).

Don’t be a judge while watching this movie.. Neither you are a polling counter to rate the movie..

A 60-year-old photographer (Amitabh Bachchan) who gets fascinated to an 18-year-old girl (Jiah Khan) who is cute, sexy and charming moreover his daughter’s friend who has not seen a happy family as her parents are divorced. When she hasn’t got the love from her family.. No wonder she starts liking her uncle initially..Cos he pays attention to her silly jokes n questions and completely endorse his view to her interest..

But as we all know love can happen anytime anywhere… But here we see love can happen at any age as well.Jiah Khan is flawlessly well-matched to her role of a youngster quite casual concerning the way she is dressed. There is a sexual connotation to her personality in the film and her performance is remarkable!!

It is the story of mutual love between two hearts with an unacceptable age gap in Indian Society. The actor Amitabh has chosen to prove his acting talent once again which literally tears between his emotions and rationality, between his heart and his mind.

The intimate moments of these lovers are shown very civilly. Jiya looks amazing in most of the shots..

The man snoops to his heart & admit to the girl that he is in love with her. He confesses to his wife (Revathy) that he has true emotions and feelings for a girl the age of his daughter. And by doing so he loses the respect of his wife and his daughter, In a nutshell – He looses his family !

Though the dialogues are very superior, But I feel the dialogue writer has failed to shoot some important dialogues when its required. Ex: when Amit admits his mistake of falling in love with a girl of same age of his daughter.. Revathy’s expressions are pathetic and no potential in her dialogue..

Putting Naseer to this role of revathy’s brother was effective as he looks over matured and a sophisticated old man.. Who can interfere on such sensitive matters in ones family.

The location is Munnar and the scenic beauty is shown superb !! hats off CREW

The background music is inspired by Theme song of Jogger’s park – Ishq hota nahin sabhi ke liye!!

Questions for readers:Most of us say that the movie is stupid cos – how can a old man fall in love with 18 yr old girl.. That was very rude.

I would say – In the movie: what if Jiya was 40yr old woman?

Still you guys say that he was wrong?I feel.. this movie wouldn have that popular notations as it is cos people can accept the fact that 40 and 60 isok, ., , but not 18 n 60…

So this is just a movie for entertainment, We don’t need to be judge for any reason.

It’s the RGV’s experiment..  lets endorse his view of thoughts and appreciate the picture as a whole!
