After Sale Service - Nissan Sunny - Disappointing.

Hi Nissan,


Recently I bought Nissan Sunny CVT from RC Nissan Shalimar Bagh. Although I am happy with the treatment I got from the Staff and the other co-workers there however, I am not happy with the after Sales Service. The car was fitted with MapMyIndia navigation system but UNFORTUNALTELY, the system doesnt work. The Navigation tool is a total disappointment.


I took it to the showroom but got NO solution, they say that at the time of delivery the Navigation tool was working fine. they say the Navigation chip is missing from the system thats why Tool is not functioning.


How is it possible? I drive the car myself, I did not touch anything so how come a chip is missing.


As far as I feel, Its a miss from Nissan. The navigation never worked, it was not installed properly and never functioned.


I don’t feel satisfied with the answers given by Nissan Technician. Now I will have to spent Rs. 5000 more to make this Navigation tool work.


Anyway, I am in dilemma if I made a right decision  by buying a Nissan Caaaarrrr!
