First thing is that Muscletech is user trusted brand.I use this product when I am on my cutting phase but you can also use it for bulking as it contains creatine & aminos(helps in muscle growth and strength) but if you are new to gym or bodybuilding I don’t suggest you to buy this because of creatine it can effect your liver.
