This office claims to be open at this moment it is 23/10/2021 at 11:20 AM, but it is closed.
The hospital has sent email for cashless claim on 21/10/2021 and then sent TWO Reminders upto date 23/10/2021 11:00 AM. They did not give a single reply to any of the emails. We are given discharge today but due to no reply from these so called great people we are just waiting. And the customer service is useless, they just want to know whether you want to buy a new policy.
This claim company was useless because they didnt approve my previous reimbursement which was a clear cut case where I 100% know there was no need to reject it as I myself am a Doctor.
People its a humble request to not be fooled by this company, do not buy the policies of this company.
Im eager to port to Star Health Insurance Company.
