I have purchased Max Bupa health insurance from their website. After the payments against purchase of health companion silver policy from their website I received a call from their executive that I need to pay extra premium charges.
They were claiming that the online calculation was wrong. They said once paying the remaining amount only can issue policy documents. I agreed and asked him to provide proof that to pay extra premium payments.
After that I didn’t receive any calls. They refused to provide any proof and finally I have given mail to cancel my application form number. 810000070473. So I suggest don’t purchase any health insurance from Max Bupa.
