Dear friend what a terrible experience I had with Max Bupa general insurance co.A friend adviced me to opt for Max Bupa General Insurance co. for Mediclaim insurance.As they have higher rario of claim settlement .Though You have to pay more for your premium but easy and hassel free claim settlement will be a bonus for me.So I agreed and buy three policies.
Two of them issued without any hassel but the third one’s cheque was bounced.Why did the cheque bounce no reason explain in my mail.However I have to pay the premium by draft.the hassel didnt stopped here.again there is a mail informing me that your bounce cheque was again posted for clearance and it had been cleared.so we are refunding the extra amount through rtgs.
But I was watching that not a single rupees was deducted from my bank account.I warned them aboit the fact but they were insisting the matter that how could they took double premium for one policy.After returning the amount to my bank account they checked my policy detailed and find no premium ultimately paid by me as I expected .Then another mail jumped into my inbox saying that my DRFT was bounced.I laughed and pay the premium siletly but this time through online.
Now my dear mouthshut friend, you decide what would happen if I make a claim.would I get or not
