Before taking any policy from any company, the person should go through the terms and conditions very thoroughly. Same is the case with Max Bupa Health Insurance.
I’ll share my incident with you. I had taken insurance from a person named Mr. Mannish. Due to his accident, he is in comma. When I was admitted to the hospital for my appendix operation and I asked for insurance they told me that I’ll need the signature of their client who assigned me insurance. This was not possible and my Medi claim was not claimed. I don’t say the company is fraud because they had mentioned this in there T& C but they should have an alternative for such cases and should keep their customers happy!
