Thanks for all your valuable comments and rejection history, I was just about to pay 2 years of the premium for "Max Bupa Health Companion Family Floater", luckily I decided to go thru all reviews and here God saved me.
True, never opt Max Bupa!
Although in this policy fish market, you can not trust to any insurance company unless you have done smooth claim settlement with your insurer.
But yes, these companies are deliberately in the market to milk masses in the name of so-called Mediclaim Policy, otherwise, they can reject/approve the application right after their own medical tests and publish report which should satisfy each term and conditions they have.
for ex. If I have got 4-5 years old ailment, then should set a baseline by having a medical test [done by insurer], based on which they can REJECT/APPROVE.
But, whyd they do this, because this way they cant milk masses and they cant generate huge profit out of it.
IRDA should introduce more stringent amendments in Sec45 to stop this practice from insurance companies.
