I ordered a huda eyeshadow palette from them and recieved it on 29th March 2023. When I opened the palette it was in a damaged condition and I immediately called the customer care and they asked me to send an email with the pictures. I immediately did so but Ive never got any response to the email. I called the customer care multiple times and they said my mail is marked as priority but still nothing happened. After cursing them on emails they finally raised a ticket after 10 days of sending the email. And after that also when I follow up I only get automated responses saying theyll get back. Its the 25th of April today, been a month and theres still no proper response from them. Ive just lost 5000 rupees. I asked the customer care that I want to talk to someone senior and they say they cant connect the call like that but theyll arrange for a callback. Ive heard this from 3 different executives but I never received a call back at all. NEVER EVER TRUST THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM. Theyll attend all your calls and talk like the problem is going to be resolved but nothing really happens. All they say is "SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, WAIT FOR 24-48 HOURS". This is all they know but what youve lost is lost. Pathetic customer service, pathetic website. Shame on these bast
