I recently made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing NoBroker to transport my brand-new 1-year-old Hyundai Creta N Line from Kolkata to Bangalore. What I expected to be a smooth, professional service turned into a complete nightmare filled with theft suspicions, zero transparency, endless delays, and utter incompetence. DO NOT USE NOBROKER FOR YOUR CAR TRANSPORT – EVER!
Day 1: Pickup and Immediate Red Flags
The drivers showed up, and the very first thing they did after starting my car was rip out my dash camera. Why? Obviously so nothing gets recorded! Who does that? It screamed "we’re hiding something" from the start. My gut was telling me to cancel right then, but I foolishly proceeded.
The Next Few Days: Lies, Delays, and Ghosting
Customer care casually informed me it would take 16 days for delivery. Fine, I thought – better safe than sorry.
But then, for three straight days, I got nonstop "door not locked" alerts from my car’s BlueLink app. What were they doing? Joyriding? Leaving it unsecured in some shady lot?
Their so-called live tracker? A complete joke. It never updated once.
By Day 4, I checked BlueLink myself and saw the car had already been dispatched and was en route. NoBroker? Clueless until I asked them.
The Car Arrives. But the Nightmare Continues
The car reached Bangalore on a Sunday. Great, right? Wrong.
I waited all Monday and Tuesday – no delivery, no call, nothing.
Finally followed up on Wednesday, and they had the nerve to say, "Oh, it’ll be Thursday now."
Only after I pointed out(via my own app!) that the car was already in Bangalore did they "check" and confirm. If I didn’t have BlueLink, I’d still be waiting like an idiot!
The Absolute Horror Show: Engine Alerts and Suspicious Activity
Yesterday evening, my phone blew up with notifications: Engine idling for 50 minutes, bonnet open.
I freaked out and called NoBroker and their "partner" immediately.
Their lame excuse? "Battery was low, we were charging it." On a 1-year-old fully loaded Creta N Line? Bullshit! The lights don’t even stay on if the doors are locked properly. What were they really doing under the hood? Swapping parts? Tampering? I have zero trust now.
NoBroker’s response? Raised a ticket and vanished. No inspection, no explanation, no accountability. Just "we’ll look into it." Yeah, right.
The Ugly Truth About NoBroker
These guys are nothing but brokers – they take your money, hand your precious car to illiterate, untrained people who couldn’t care less, and wash their hands of everything. When you confront them? Their only defense: "We handle BMWs, Audis, Mercedes!" As if that excuses their garbage service. Newsflash: Bragging doesn’t fix damaged cars or stolen peace of mind.
I’ve used Agarwal Packers and Movers before for the exact same route, and it was night and day better – on-time, transparent tracking, professional staff, zero issues.
