Dear NoBroker Team,
I had applied for a Rental Agreement On 14 April 2021, I was debited twice 1. ICICI Bank Account(TXn failed) still refund not received and another Via HDFC bank .
The Amount was INR2265/- from both accounts.
On 15 April I got a call from the Nobroker Team that they are unable to do the Rental Thing due to covid lockdown so they said either we should wait or They Cancel the order.
After Complaining many times via Phone and Chat option available on their website they are just refunding 2070/- a charge of INR 195/- they deducted saying their service fee. I mean for what you are charging . you people fail to deliver the service and u r deducting the customers fund for the same .
Shame on you
The support Number they are providing is 08068530582 and after ringing it only says you will receive a call in next 30-60 minutes but wait you will not receive any call.
I am hereby attaching the screenshot of the payment deducted from my Bank account,
Kindly do the needful and refund my Full Amount.
