Signed up on NoBroker as I was looking for a new place to stay in Bengaluru. One option was to approach a broker but the thought of shelling out an entire month’s rent as brokerage was appalling!
Since the free version of NoBroker offered contact details for only up to 5 owners, I decided to go with the paid account(any day a better deal than having to pay brokerage). I was assigned a relationship manager Mr. Najeeb and working with him was a pleasure.
He assisted me in searching for the right kind of houses and was a constant presence throughout my journey hunting for a house. It’s hectic to try calling house owners and arranging for a meet when you’re at work. However, Najeeb took care of all that.
By the end of a working day, Najeeb had scheduled the meetings, and all I had to do was go and take a look at the property. I have to admit it did take me a while to find just the right kind of house I was looking for, but the wait was worth it, and Najeeb was patient and helpful.
I have now found a house that I like and will be moving in first of December.
