This review for Nobroker home services.
I booked a washing machine repair through Nobroker Hood on October 6th for a simple current leakage issue. What followed was a 10-day nightmare of broken promises, sheer incompetence, and ultimately, corporate abandonment.
The Partner’s Failures(Oct 6 - Oct 11): Policy Violation & Theft: On Oct 6, the partner took ₹;1000 cash directly from me(against Nobroker policy), took parts, and promised a next-day fix. Repeated Delays: He failed to show up for five days, providing constant excuses despite our follow-up. Compounded Damage: When he finally returned on Oct 11, he fixed the original issue but his work resulted in a NEW, non-existent fault: a complete failure of the water inlet function. My machine was now unusable for washing.
Nobroker’s Corporate Failure(Oct 12 - Today): For four days, I called Nobroker, who provided empty assurances while their partner ghosted both me and their internal calls. After making me wait for 10+ days, they finally canceled the service, stating they cannot provide a resolution.
The Final Insult: Nobroker is only willing to refund the initial online booking fee. They refuse to refund the ₹;1000 cash their partner stole from me, effectively endorsing their contractor’s fraudulent behavior and policy breach.
This entire episode cost me a fortune in emergency laundry bills, immense time wasted, and severe mental frustration.
WARNING: Nobroker Hood fails to vet its partners, fails to manage its projects, and actively refuses to take responsibility for policy violations. Do not use their services. I am now escalating this matter to the Consumer Forum.
