Nobroker

I was cheated 3 times (1) In 2021, Nobroker didn’t return money (₹7, 000) as they could not get me any tenant. Stopped calling them after multiple follow-ups (2) Nov 2024: Paid ₹17, 000 for selling flat. They couldn’t get any buyer. 3 months expired. Lost the entire amount (3) Their sales person Prashanth started following me since May 2025 again to pay up as they have lot of buyers in that area as metro train services is started shortly in electronics city. In Sept 2025, I saw a money back scheme advertised through their whatsapp channel. The moment I clicked it, their sales person Prashanth immediately called me and started marketing. Looks like he was notified by the click on their message. He forced me to take ₹25, 000 scheme saying there are 20 prospective buyers in that area currently and my presence is required only during sale agreement, money transaction and registration. Rest everything they will only take care. In the worst case scenario if they don’t get me a buyer, I will loose only ₹5k as ₹15k will be returned by default and another ₹5k will be returned once I share a GST number and Prashanth will take personal interest to ensure I get back my money. He will share his personal number as well. Once I paid the amount on 2 Oct 2025, that sales person Prashanth stopped taking my calls and he has never called me back until today. In the past 10 days after payment, they have not got me even a single buyer for sale discussion! They don’t have a escalation mechanism to resolve customer complaints. They don’t share any of their leads/ managers number. That company though its name is nobroker, they are actually making the customers pay up in thousands to fund their software, staff and profits. They are not serious in helping the customers once they pay the money.
