They are good in putting your property on rent / or finding a tenant.
THE REAL PROBLEM STARTS AFTER THIS STAGE.... The property manager ( point of contact between owner n tenant) in my case it was Mr Gopal ( he just doesnt respond to communication for 5 days at a stretch. My tenant wanted to pay rent on time n link given last month was not working. She called on landline of Mr Gopal for 5 days at a stretch, some or other employee picks up landline and says I have taken ur message n will ask gopal to call you back. I have home loan cutoff date on 7th of every month, so my tenant messaged me informing that she might default, as link isnt working and gopal doesnt bother to respond. Then for two days I left message on his chat as well called on his landline n left messages, no response. I escalated to customer which ensured that working payment link was re sent to my tenant. But they didnt bother to change gopal and allot me someone else. They made gopal send one line reply to me "tenant has paid rent now, also that. was on leave. "
IF THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FOR 5 DAYS, TELL ME WHY SHOULD WE PAY 6% OF MONTHLY RENT RECEIVED AS FEES TO NO BROKER EVERY MONTH?? The top management is not even aware how casually their property managers respond after 5 days. Such a response degrades the name of nobroker, also such employees like Gopal are spoiling the nobroker brand, n I think top managements doesnt bother on the complaints raised for this. All top management of nobroker is concerned is " First put flat of owner on rent, then let his 6% of rent come as fees every month, after that hell with the owner n tenant n their communication. We have got our fees as nobroker, who cares of the remaining problems related to non responsive behaviour by property managers like Mr Gopal.
Till time of writing this I have escalated to their stuff executives like Miss Najma n Mr kaushik ( unit head of Mr Gopal)
Mr Kaushik has assured me on replacement of Mr Gopal as my property manager.
