So this review I am putting on behalf on my friend his name is stephan sequeria he lives in US and had a flat in Bombay which he never used in last 20 yrs so he was looking for a management company whicj could help him to move , clean , renting etc
And this is how he get to know about nobroker
So first came up with the RM his RM was brim- if you want to sign with this company then they alot you your RM so he never coordinated with moving team , cleaning team even not with tenants. He doesn’t think even communicating with the client . If you ask any query on WhatsApp in their group then also he didn’t bother to answer you . And next comes the manager ( bhshk) , so he received one email from him just for first time which seems to be like that he copy paste this to everyone . And that’s all he complained about RM to him about 3 times but no response came . Next comes the rental agreement team they are literally like government employees means they work very slow and they don’t bother about communication and all that . Even if you personally ask them about status then also you shouldn’t expect early responses. On an all they all are very unprofessional and Working with them was very stressful
