NoBroker collected money from me for marketing my property for sale, but in 6 months they failed to generate even a single proper lead. Their team is very responsive before payment, but once the money is paid, they stop coordinating, avoid calls, and give repeated scripted excuses.
Now they are asking for more money to activate or boost the listing again, even though they didnt fulfil the first commitment.
This is highly unprofessional, and others should be careful before paying for their property marketing packages.
