Extremely Disappointed - Would Not Recommend

I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the services provided by NoBroker. It has been 19 days since I entrusted my luggage to them for shifting, and I am appalled to say that my belongings have still not arrived at the intended destination.


The level of customer support I have received from NoBroker has been utterly abysmal. Every time I contact their customer support team for an update, all they do is provide me with another date of delivery, which never materializes. The lack of transparency and communication is simply unacceptable.


I had high hopes when I initially engaged NoBroker for their movers and packers services, but my experience has been a nightmare from the start. Not only have they failed to deliver my belongings within a reasonable timeframe, but they have also shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and their commitment to providing a quality service.


The constant delays and broken promises have caused me significant inconvenience and distress. I have been left without essential items needed for daily living, and the lack of accountability from NoBroker has only worsened the situation.


Given my firsthand experience with NoBroker, I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. The unreliability, poor customer support, and failure to fulfils their commitments are clear indicators that NoBroker does not prioritise the needs and satisfaction of their customers.


In conclusion, I would not recommend NoBroker to anyone seeking movers and packers services. Their inability to deliver within a reasonable timeframe, coupled with their dismissive customer support, has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Save yourself the trouble and seek services from a more reputable and reliable provider.
