Say 'No' to Nobroker Movers and Packers

Hi,


I unfortunately used nobroker shifting services to move my materials from Chennai to Bangalore. Nobroker is only online booking platform and actual service is provided for third party local vendors who work on their whims and fancies.


I am highlighting areas where things went wrong -




  1. At the time of booking online, they acknowledge that we may not remember all the house hold items that needs to be shifted and convince additional things can be included at the time of shifting but on the day, every additional item included means extra charges. Their sales team is not transparent about it




  2. On the day of shifting, their local partner arrived 3 hours late and finished the work late. At the time of packing, one porceline mug broke due to their workers mishandling. No supervisor or manager oversees the work throughout the packing.




  3. Delivery is committed within 2-4 days but it took more than 10 days for my goods to be delivered to Banglore. It was picked up on 24th April and arrived in Bangalore on 5th May(1st set) and 7th May(2nd set of materials). No amount of followups made any difference to them and noborker customer care behaviour is pathetic to say the least




  4. Couple of items were damaged on delivery. No support and false promises from their customer care again.I would go to extent of saying they cheated and lied! Onus is on customer is file an insurance claim and claim the money. Limited help from nobroker since they have received full payment. They do not deliver the goods until the final payment is done. They do not resolve mishandling/damaged goods - that is customer headache.all they are bothered about is received due payment




  5. Finally, their customer care team SUCKS to say the least.they are arrongant and useless. They make false promises and lie to Customer.I sincerely wish they do not stay in the business for long.I have had horrible last 15 days dealing with unprofessional folks!






My suggestion is to opt for other professional packers even if prices are more. Don’t fall into the trap of price advantage.its FAKE.
