Having terrible experience with NoBroker. They have unverified owners. I had paid for the Tenant MoneyBack plan of 7K on 1st March. I shortlisted a property on 15th March, NoBroker said that the concerned property was a premium one and I had to pay 15K more to book it. I paid the amount and booked the property. I received an email immediately where it was also mentioned that if the owner backs out, I would get the refund. Then I tried to get in touch with the owner/RM of the same property, I wasn’t able to. I repeatedly kept messaging and emailing to NoBroker but received no response except’We will get back’. Suddenly on 20th I receive a call from the property’s field manager saying that the owner decided not to rent out the property. I immediately contacted my RM from NoBroker. But, they are still not helping. Neither with the refund nor with new property searches. So, NoBroker looted me of 22K and didn’t help me get a property. So, ’MoneyBack’ guarantee is a scam.
