One of the worst customer services you will see anywhere, and to see that it comes in the name of FORD was really astonishing. I booked a car but one day prior to delivery they tell me that they can’t give it with n number of excuses. No transparency, absolutely no courtesy to make customer aware. I just cancelled it and booked my car elsewhere.
