I always preferred Nokia as it was the best sometime . But Now product from nokia are very bad and even no customer care services are present in India to get it repaired.
Let me share my opinion what happened with me after I bought this phone. I bought this phone from amazon.in at?3169 as my old basic phone got damaged in rain . So I decided to go with Nokia but after few months of using it, Its battery started dying and due no service centers I cannot get it replaced . After few Moths of using its keypad started tearing down and it started becoming transparent. I used to play songs on it and one day I noticed distortion in sound produced by the speakers. And finally I have to quit using this phone within a year .Please don’t waste this much amount on Nokia basic phones because they are crap . I think Nokia does not believe in connecting people . It should say rather Not connecting people.
Sound Reception:
Sound reception of this phone was always good but faced voice drop issue inside my room sometimes which I never faced with other basic phones.
Style & Design:
Style and design is good but paint on keys starts tearing down after few months.
Other Features:
Nothing new when it comes to other features . So don’t expect much from this.
Look & Feel:
Just awesome, slim and handy device.
Value for money:
Not at all. I think this is one of the most expensive basic phone in the market . Better to go with Philips E103 which comes only for?1100.
I will never recommend this product. You will not get any customer service . So please don’t buy.
