I purchased nokia 2330c on 6th of september and on 10th october it has got some board problem and become dead......and after dat I gave that cell to the nokia service centre which is at paradise( S S electronics) on 14th and after two days when I called then they say that they have sent the cellphone to delhi and it will take around 15 business days to get back that cell.
I m unable to understand why they make fun of the general public by just not telling the truth about their services..they even dont have well equipped service center here in hyderabad where they can repair the board...atleast they should give an alternate cell to the customer as its not the fault of customer that he had bought Nokia cell...i m very much upset with the service they had provided and till now I havent got my cell back.
