I owned a NOKIA 3530 on august 8th(2003). Actually I was in urgent need of a cell at that time and I asked my friend to get me one. when she got this I was not at all satisfied by seeing this. She convinced me saying that this piece is having many options and the cheapest piece(WITH color screen). I was like, who needs all options, only required is incoming call and outgoing call and same with messages.
But now I totally disagree with my previous thoughts. It is very nice piece. Till now I didn’t face any problem with this cell. It has many facilities.You can even send and receive multimedia messages. I was bored of seeing games like snake, pairs-II etc. This contains new games like bowling. Also it has GPRS connection. One thing I observed is it has large storage capacity.
Even if you observe the ring tones storage, apart from nokia default tones I stored around 21 tones till now and still there is place to store. I dont know exactly how many I can store in it. You can store these ring tones in separate folder called tones in gallery. It is even compatible for polyphonic ring tones. If you play the ring tone of this and other piece you yourself can differentiate the clarity of the tone.
Only weird thing I observed is keypad. Keypad doesn’t look attractive. I got used to this keypad. As iam habituated to this now I can type messages very fast. That’s fine with me. Also its not light weighed one. My friends used to say that is plus point for you. Suppose if you forget this phone somewhere immediately you can feel that you are missing something. Hahaha, just kidding!
You should be careful while you are downloading something. Sometimes it may create problem. Till now I didn’t face any but when my friends downloaded some java applications without checking the compatibility they faced many problems. So please check the compatibility first.
Otherwise it may create you some problem. That is there with any type of piece. Not only with this right!!!!. Actually I dont handle things with care. I dont know how many times I might have dropped my phone by mistake. But still , you know not even one repair I got.
And one more thing is if we need to change the sim just copy the phone book details to phone and then remove the sim. Thats it. If at all any reminder you need to set from the message you got , just copy the message to calendar directly from the message options. For some important messages I will do this only. And one more attractive thing about this cell is it looks marvelous in the dark when the light is switched on.
Initially in the theaters wantedly we used to do these kind of nasty things just for show off(not now). Last but not the least it has got excellent wallpapers. what else can I say about this.Only I didnt satisfy about the look of the piece. That may be my problem and you might be satisfied even with that. And if you too not satisfied with that there is a facility to change the keypad even.
It has got good alarm, reminders, day notes, calculator etc etc....what not everything.Many good features in it. Finally I can say nokia 3530 is worth buying.Don’t compare this with highly priced piece. See the options it is providing and see the compatibility of the price. Then move forward. Thats all I can say about this.
