I bought a Nokia Express music 5610 four days ago.
Pros:
The phone looks very stylish and features are nothing great.
The slide model looks classy.
Nokia has a good call centre.
Cons:
The centre menu button does not work perfectly.
The camera (3.2 megapixel) is pathetic (compared to my previous phone N72 which was 2 megapixel). The clarity is very poor and the photos look grainy. I have not downloaded it to the computer yet, and I hope it will look better in that. The camera button also is flimsy.
Nokia provides 100 pre-loaded bollywood songs, for which a pin is provided in the box as a scratch card. When I tried to activate the songs, the pin dint work. They made me call the call centre to get it activated. It is four days now and for the number of calls I have made to the call centre, I might as well have downloaded the songs from the internet. It is highly irritating.
In contacts, I am not able to save more than one number per person.
The software has some bugs. If the sim card is reinserted, the menu comes in hindi.
I dont think it is worth investing Rs. 12000 for this phone. I really regret exchanging my great Nokia N72 phone for Expressmusic 5610. But when is the right time to exchange an old phone?
Recent update (02.11.2009): The radio/Music player key is very sensitive, breaks easily. The phone is ok but I would not receommend it.
